 With more than 24 years of wealth experience leading a successful HR career in PepsiCo, Vodafone Egypt & Air France complemented with strong management consulting experience as well as specializing in the field of human resources management supported by a solid track record in HR Business Partnership spanning a wide range of HR services: recruitment ;attraction and engagement, employee relations, performance management, HR quality control governance and employer branding- Nadine is the heart behind our people and our message! She brings a thoughtful mix of warmth, strategy, and creativity to everything we do at Pixie Wings. Her strategic insight and deep understanding of people and culture make her an invaluable advisor to Pixie Wings, helping us build a nurturing, high-performing team that reflects our values. Nadine’s passion for education, combined with her corporate leadership experience, ensures that our nursery not only meets international standards but also fosters a vibrant, inclusive environment for children and staff alike. 

With over a decade of experience in early childhood education and school administration, Malak brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and warmth to Pixie Wings Nursery. Her journey spans roles from English teacher to Assistant Principal, and most recently as CEO Assistant at a leading international school—each step deepening her expertise in nurturing young learners and leading dynamic educational teams. Malak is passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment where every child can thrive. Her strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and heartfelt commitment to families make her an invaluable part of our Pixie Wings family.

With several years of experience in admissions and academic counseling across Egypt and the Gulf, Hind is one of the first warm voices families hear when they begin their Pixie Wings journey. She brings strong expertise in guiding parents through applications, documentation, and enrollment processes with clarity and care. Having supported families in fast-paced educational environments and handled complex cases with calm professionalism, Hind ensures every parent feels informed, supported, and reassured. Fluent in Arabic and English, and known for her thoughtful communication and attention to detail, she adds a gentle touch of Pixie magic—helping every child’s journey begin with trust, comfort, and happy little wings.

With a strong focus on child-centered learning, staff development, and high-quality classroom practice, Shaimaa brings extensive experience in early years education Having led teaching teams and managed nurseries, she plays a key role in ensuring that learning experiences are age-appropriate, engaging, and responsive to each child’s individual needs.

With a strong passion for supporting children in their early developmental years, Hoda is a caring and energetic early childhood educator. She works closely with toddlers, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports their emotional security, independence, and love for learning.

With a calm, patient approach and excellent communication skills, Hoda focuses on play-based learning, daily routines, and positive interactions that help toddlers feel confident, supported, and happy. At Pixie Wings, she is dedicated to building strong relationships with children and families, ensuring every child feels seen, valued, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.

Bringing the highest standards of British early years education to our nursery in Egypt, Ms. Ilhan Aden holds a Bachelor of Arts in Childhood and Youth Studies from the UK and has extensive experience working with children aged 1-5 in leading British nurseries. Her qualifications in safeguarding, special needs, first aid, and health and safety ensure that every child in her care enjoys a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Having a British teacher on our team is a valuable advantage, allowing us to deliver an authentic EYFS experience and support our children’s development with internationally recognized best practices.

With experience teaching English to children aged 5–10 and supporting students in structured school settings, Ingy brings warmth, energy, and creativity to the Pixie Wings learning environment.  She has a natural ability to connect with young learners and adapt activities to suit different ages and abilities. Ingy is known for designing engaging, interactive lessons that encourage children to express themselves with confidence through language and play. With a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a caring approach, she supports children’s learning journeys with patience, enthusiasm, and a gentle touch of Pixie magic—helping every child feel encouraged, capable, and proud of their progress.
